Letting you imagination soar can open the universe to
accomplish any task. I have been married to my soul mate for 28 years,
with her encouragement and support my journey was not as hard as it could
have been. Being a published poet and an artist trained in
watercolors, pen, ink, and sculpting my journey took me from flower
arrangements to where I am now, a face maker. I have been able to help
others become someone else by creating masks that bring out the inner beauty
of others. I create wearable art, such as Carnivale and Venetian
masks. They are based upon traditional ideas and then embellished with
my own flare with the use of crystals, feathers, and even flowers. I
have also created Pirate masks so that the dastardly deeds can be done with
complete anonymity, due this I received the pirate name of Duane the Face
Maker. The Goddess directs and leads me within the path that I
have taken, I do believe in Faeries, so hence I dance in the moonlight
as the Nymphs and the Dryads have done for centuries gone by. I go to
meditate among nature and as you sit still you can hear with your eyes and
your ears, and may the silence ring strong and clear. |
